The Homes are professionally managed since inception, and employs a highly skilled and committed group of people who strive to deliver Meadow View’s vision of being foremost in delivering care in the community.

The Group Homes are overseen by Mrs Isabel Mabhena who also manages one of the homes, Brewery House. Isabel is a qualified Social Worker.

Priory House and The Tidings, are managed by Mrs Ayshea Hutchison who joined the groups homes in September 2005. Mrs Hutchison has 14 years experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities at various levels of dependencies. She has completed her RMA and NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care.

Allens Mead is managed by Miss Sifiso Ndlovu, who has recently joined the Group Homes. Miss Ndlovu is a Dementia Nurse with 15 years experience of working in different Health and Community settings.

We believe that a thorough and well structured induction is the back bone of a good team, therefore our new staff receive a well-planned, well-structured and purposeful induction. The teams are committed to delivering a person centred service to all our service users.

Our staff are NVQ trained or are undergoing NVQ training.
